Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of Victoria and David, has made his modelling debut at the age of 15.

The teenager appears on the cover of the high-end biannual publication Man About Town, wearing a quiff and navy blue bomber jacket while the word ‘Quiche’ is emblazoned on the front of the magazine, referring to the term for "hot", coined in Chris Lilley’s Australian sitcom Ja’mie.

Brooklyn follows the steps of his younger brother Romeo, who appeared in the Burberry campaign of December 2012, however, instead of being the face of a luxury label, he debuts in a collection of images shot through one weekend.

Editor of Man About Town, Ben Reardon, said: “We are thrilled to feature Brooklyn Beckham in a world exclusive on the cover of the Spring/Summer 2014 issue.

“We could not have wished for a stronger subject than Brooklyn to bring this story to life.”

Man About Town is a glossy magazine “targeted at high-end business-engaged and culturally-oriented male urbanities”. The 20-page fashion story celebrating teenage style “shows a warm and honest insight into the moment men begin to express themselves through clothes”. It was shot by photographer and “friend of the family” Alasdair McLellan, who has worked with David and Victoria in the past for different publications. There doesn’t seem to be an interview, but only images of Brooklyn wearing different designer names such as Ralph Lauren and Saint Laurent.

Talking about Brooklyn's performance during the photoshoot, Mr Reardon said: “He was a diligent, relaxed cover star for his first ever fashion shoot.”

We have seen his dad David posing for a wide variety of brands in his career, and most recently for his H&M’s underwear collection.

Brooklyn has also followed his father's footsteps by training with Manchester United at Carrington. He has also played for Queens Park Rangers’ academy, whilst his brother Romeo has trained with Arsenal's academy.

The issue will be available from this Friday 4 April 2014.
