Prada Luna Rossa Black, £55.50, John Lewis
Prada’s latest launch, Luna Rossa Black is an energetic and fresh scent ideal for summer nights.
The latest in a line of fragrance inspired by a sailboat racing syndicate – the Luna Rossa Challenge – this addition has plenty of staying power with a sporty opening of bergamot and angelica that quickly gives way to coumarin, patchouli and a base of woody amber.
Mr Burberry Indigo, £51, Burberry
Created in collaboration with Francis Kurkdjian, Burberry’s latest product in the Mr Burberry series is a homage to the British coast with a masterful blend of zesty and herbal notes.
Here, lemon oil, blackcurrant and rosemary come layered over green violet leaf, driftwood and spearmint, with a warm base of amber, white oak moss and musk.
Giorgio Armani, Acqua Di Gio Absolu, £56.50, The Fragrance Shop
Designed by Alberto Morillas, the perfumer behind the original 1996 Acqua di Gio scent, this new version blends classic woody notes with a fruity twist.
With marine notes and patchouli, the fragrance is bold and refined with woody aromas and an addictive warmness that creates a truly masculine scent.
We also love the classic shape of the Acqua di Gio bottle that reveals its luminous amber-coloured fragrance through clear glass.
Bleu de Chanel, Parfum, £76, Chanel
The original Bleu de Chanel was released in 2010 before an enriched version, Bleu de Chanel Eau de Pafum launched in 2015.
Now, a new variation, Bleu de Chanel Parfum, has been launched and it’s the most intense variant yet.
A powerful and refined fragrance, it has an intense woody composition with the aromatic freshness of notes such as citrus peel, cedar and sandalwood.
Issey Miyake, Nuit D’Issey Noir Agent, £44, John Lewis
A new flanker of the original spicy and woody fragrance Issey Miyake Nuit D’Issey, which launched in 2014, Nuit D’Issey Noir Agent represents a new type of intensity.
Here, a composition of woody and leathery notes including saffron and patchouli are combined with zesty citruses like bergamot and grapefruit as well as black pepper and vetiver.
Dolce & Gabbana, Light Blue Italian Zest Pour Homme, £51, House of Fraser
A real classic fragrance, Dolce & Gabbana has launched a new limited version of Light Blue to help you escape to the Mediterranean.
This flanker is a cool cocktail of refreshing notes like mandarin, grapefruit and Sicilian mandarin combined with Sichuan pepper, rosemary and a masculine blend of incense and musky oak moss.
