The collection is released tomorrow, here's all the info on how to get your hands on the designer collaboration including which stores will be selling it.
Your support helps us to tell the story
From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.
Your support makes all the difference. At 9am tomorrow morning the eagerly anticipated Balmain x H&M collaboration will go on sale. Preparation is key to shopping success with these sell-out designer collaborations and we've got all the details you need on how to get your hands on the collection:
When:
In stores and online from 9am (GMT) on Thursday 5th November
Where:
Online at hm.com or in store at one of the following H&M branches - London Westfield Stratford, London Westfield, London Oxford Circus, London 174-176 Oxford Street, London 234 Regent St, Birmingham Bullring, Edinburgh 41-43 Princes Street, Manchester 68-70 Market Street
How:
H&M operate a wristband system whereby you will need to join a queue (arrive nice and early - a few hours before will give you a good spot, if you want to be one of the first expect to get in place overnight), you will then be given a wristband which will determine your shopping time slot. Wristbands are given out in groups of 20 and allow each group 10 minutes of shopping time.
Menswear shoppers:
No such queue system exists for the menswear so just turn-up and shop.
Online shoppers:
Be prepared well before 9am with a good internet connection and lots of patience, in previous years the website has crashed from the volume of visitors.
Quantities:
You won't be allowed to buy more than 1 of any item - this applies in store and online.
Returns:
There's a limited 3 day return period for items for the collaboration, so if you change your mind you'll need to act fast.
Missed out:
Items are already showing up on eBay so they'll be opportunities to purchase from re-sellers although expect to pay a hefty premium.
