The Israeli supermodel uploaded a video on Instagram announcing the news on Thursday.
In the short clip, Refaeli is filmed in a kitchen while Israeli TV host Assi Azar speaks to the camera in Hebrew.
According to The Jerusalem Post, Azar begins the video by joking that he is going to become a model for Refaeli’s eyewear brand, Carolina Lemke.
After asking the 34-year-old model to respond to his false announcement, Refaeli says “I’m pregnant” in Hebrew.
The publication quotes Azar’s response as follows: “Wasn’t she just pregnant a second ago? I’m so happy for her – if it’s true. She looks a little pregnant, she does. Why does she need three kids anyway?”
Refaeli and Azar co-hosted this year’s Eurovision Song Contest final, which took place in Tel Aviv in May.
Refaeli, who famously once dated Leonardo DiCaprio from 2005-11, has been married to Israeli businessman Adi Ezra since 2015.
The couple already have two children together: Liv, two, and Elle, one.
