Matt Lovell: Jessica's diet looks excellent and her exercise patterns are properly on track. Since her first visit she's lost 6 per cent body fat, gained a kilogramme of muscle and lost 4kg of fat. That's about as quick as progress happens.
She's far more into organic foods and interested in trying lots of different recipes. Wild rabbit featured in a casserole last week, oily fish is appearing frequently, warm salads and snacks on nuts and seeds with an occasional piece of crystallised ginger are also present. Jessica has an extremely healthy relationship with food in which feasting once in a while is fine – acting as it does to outsmart our primitive survival mechanisms and give a welcome boost to carbohydrate stores within the muscles.
