Your support makes all the difference.Sony has slashed the price of PlayStation Now and added many of the world's biggest games to the service.
The cost of the streaming subscription now costs half as much and contains what Sony says is an "unprecedented breadth of games through streaming and downloading".
In the US, it will now cost $9.99 per month, €9.99 in the EU, and £8.99 in the UK. The annual price is also nearly halved, to $59.99, €59.99 or £49.99.
Games companies – including everyone from Xbox to Apple – are rushing to offer streaming services for flat subscription fees that give access to a wide variety of different games. The new price brings PlayStation Now in line with those other services.
Sony also says that it will keep updating the library of games, which currently includes more than 800 different titles. It has started adding new waves of content, which will be available for three months.
The first of those waves includes God of War, Grand Theft Auto V, inFAMOUS Second Son, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. They will be available between 1 October, 2019 until 2 January, 2020.
Sony will then keep adding new "marquee games that will be available for a limited period" after that. They will be in addition to the existing titles that are regularly available on PlayStation Now.
