Here’s everything we know about the upcoming Fortnite update…
When will Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 2 be out?
The next season of Fortnite will start on 20 February 2020.
Players have speculated that the reason for the delays have to do with the new physics engine.

Supposedly, the extra time has been necessary to ensure a smooth transition between the two engines.
What are the changes in Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 2?
Epic Games has announced that the new season of Fortnite will include additional Overtime Challenges and a new two-week event.
Other than this, the company has refused to give anything substantial away, writing on their website: “Chapter 2 Season 2 will feature [redacted] with multiple [redacted]. We can’t brief you on all of next Season’s secrets just yet…”
What will the map look like?
Many online commenters have theorised about how the map will change for the next season.
A leaked photo – which has not been verified – seems to suggest that the “Slurpy Swamp” and “Misty Meadows” areas of the game will have been removed, along with the nuclear power plant at “Steamy Stacks”.
