I thought I would send you a message to say how much I am enjoying the Home Computer page, particularly now that it is no longer oriented exclusively for 'beginners' - or at least the computer illiterate.

The notes on choosing a modem were perhaps somewhat over the heads of everyone who hasn't at least had a hands-on demonstartion of using a PC as a terminal; it's a pity there is still, so far as I know, no British widely available book introducing the world of BBSs and E-mail via Internet, or on-line services such as Prestel and Minitel.
