From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Supermodel Bella Hadid had quite the Instagram moment earlier this year, teasing the release of a new beauty brand ‘Ôrəbella with impressive success. In a mere months, the ‘Ôrəbella Instagram page amassed almost 200,000 followers with many fans lining up to shop the collection before even being certain what products were actually being produced.

Now, the wait is finally over as three perfumes have popped up on the ‘Ôrəbella website: window2soul, salted-muse and blooming fire. Although, for now, they’re only available in the United States. So, sadly, those in the UK can only admire from afar (although we’re sure this won’t be the case for long), but we’ve done some digging on exactly what each scent is about anyway as it’s always better to be prepared.

Firstly, each scent is vegan and alcohol-free and is said to be hydrating on the skin as well as packed with essential oils. Available in 10ml, 50ml and 100ml gemstone-shaped bottles, prices range from $35 (£27.91) to $100 (£79.70). Plus, they’re all eau de parfums, the most concentrated, long-lasting scents available, making them quite the quality fragrance cop.

Window2soul includes top notes of lemon, geranium and mint, middle notes of jasmine and damask rose and base notes of tonka bean for a fresh, floral scent. Salted muse is more of a woody, salty fragrance with sea salt, pink pepper and cedarwood all key players and blooming fire offers a deeper, warmer floral scent with notes of Tahitian monoi flower, patchouli and bergamot.

There seems to be something to suit everyone, plus each option is built with a patented orelixir base, comprised of snow mushroom, camellia oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil and shea oil.

What’s to come next? Well, we imagine there will be plenty more perfumes, as well as scented candles, diffusers and aromatic oils to be released, so those sold on scents should certainly pay attention.
