PC CD ROM Sports fever has surfaced once again, but this time it's the Cricket World Cup in EA's new release, World Cup England '99. All the teams, all the players and all the grounds have been created with the utmost detail, and the action is controlled by around 500 motion capture animations. World Cup England '99 is about as close as you can get to the real thing without leaving your house, but then cricket never was the most exciting sport.

PC CD ROM F1 is the fastest sport in the world today and now it's your turn to participate as Eidos launch their stunning new racing sim'. Like most of Eidos' releases, this is almost perfect. The graphics are gorgeous with every meticulous detail catered for, and the gameplay really captures what the sport is all about - fast and furious competition. You need a powerful PC to run this but if you can, you'll find it's great fun to play.
