Watch Alfonso Ribeiro teaching Snoop Dogg the Carlton dance
Everything the internet has achieved so far has been leading up to this singular moment

Alfonso Ribeiro's been left with only one legacy to spread - he's got to teach everyone The Carlton.
And teach them he will. Ribeiro, who so iconically played Carlton Banks on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, popped up on Snoop Dogg's Instagram to teach him that signature '90s dance.
Though he's certainly not the first celebrity to be taught Ribeiro's magical craft, with Justin Timberlake having already picked up those moves; the rapper's got to be the best. Really, who hasn't been living their entire lives in the hope Snoop Dogg one would day learn The Carlton; especially when he's the only guy who could end that lesson with the words, "You can teach an old dog a new trick if he’s willing to listen."
Ribeiro previously revealed the inspiration for the Carlton; "The dance is ultimately Courteney Cox in the Bruce Springsteen video "Dancing in the Dark"; that’s the basis. Or in Eddie Murphy’s "Delirious" video, The White Man Dance as he called it. And I said, ‘That is the corniest dance on the planet that I know of, so why don’t I do that?'"
He'd also taken the dance for an outing on his stint on Dancing With the Stars, the US equivalent to Strictly Come Dancing.
