My recent work focusing on Latino voters in Arizona has shown me how crucial independent journalism is in giving voice to underrepresented communities.
Your support is what allows us to tell these stories, bringing attention to the issues that are often overlooked. Without your contributions, these voices might not be heard.
Every dollar you give helps us continue to shine a light on these critical issues in the run up to the election and beyond

It's a painful day for British comedy; one of its most brilliant, endlessly inventive stars has left us. Victoria Wood has passed away from cancer at the age of 62.
Wood's enduring influence lives on in so many of today's biggest stars; an unforgettable talent, straddling wit and intelligence with a surreal dose of pure silliness. She defined a country with her voice: playing off the most ordinary of eccentricities of the British lifestyle (Woman's Weekly, anyone?), to deeper revelations on class divisions tucked neatly within her affable style.
She's left behind several stellar televisions series: Victoria Wood As Seen on TV, Dinnerladies, or Wood and Walters featuring longtime collaborator Julie Walters. To honour this legacy of warmth and laughter, here is some of Wood's very best work, and just a few of her most hilarious moments.
