The X-Files first trailer shows Mulder and Scully pointing guns, dead bodies and a crash site
Six-episode revival starts on Fox in early January next year

Mulder and Scully are back with for more high-tension drama in the first X Files reboot teaser trailer.
David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson have both returned to their popular roles as FBI agents investigating paranormal cases for a six-episode revival of the cult sci-fi series, due to air on Fox in January.
Brief (and we mean very brief) X Files footage was shown hidden at the end of a promo clip last week but this is the first proper look at what we can expect from the reboot.
Titled "I Want To Believe" in a nod to the 2008 X Files film, the 15-second clip promises dead bodies, an eerie crash site and that haunting theme tune.
The original series launched in September 1993, amassing a global following over its nine season run and winning 19 Emmys and five Golden Globes.
Other actors rumoured to be returning for new X-Files episodes include Mitch Pileggi as Walter Skinner, William B Davis as Cigarette-Smoking Man and Annabeth Gish and Robert Patrick as agents Monica Reyes and John Doggett.
Joel McHale has been confirmed to play conservative news anchor Tad O'Malley, who becomes an unexpected alley for Mulder after he introduces him to an abducted alien called Sveta.
The truth is out there...
