The presenter has been a regular fixture on the ITV series since Piers Morgan quit as her co-host earlier this month.
Morgan’s departure came after his heavily criticised tirade against Meghan Markle following her televised interview with Oprah Winfrey.
After Markle said she had experienced suicidal thoughts due to the abuse she received after joining the royal family, Morgan said: “I’m sorry, I don’t believe a word she said. I wouldn’t believe it if she read me a weather report.”
Since Morgan quit, Reid has been joined by Ben Shephard, Ranvir Singh and Alex Beresford.

On Wednesday’s episode (31 March), Reid revealed she was going to be absent from Thursday’s show (1 April) as well as all of next week’s instalments.
“Right, that is it from us,” Singh said at the end of the show, adding: “You are off tomorrow.”
Reid replied: "Yes, I am. Off for Easter. I am off for a little break."
It was here that Singh said: “A well earned one, might we say?”

Reid’s announcement comes after reports that she will become the “solo star” of Good Morning Britain, which would mean a rotating set of presenters would takes Morgan’s place as opposed to one fixed co-host.
A source told The Sun: “She may have been Piers’ foil for the past five years, but she’s so much more than this – and now it’s very much a case of The Susanna Show.”
