At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Your support makes all the difference.Rapper Nicki Minaj has joined Tina Fey, Aidy Bryant and Kate McKinnon in an SNL sketch that appeared to be a parody of a Haim song.
In the video, Fey, Bryant and McKinnon portray three sisters singing the "Friendship Song", and are then joined by Minaj for a rap verse.
Haim responded to the clip saying, "CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS REAL."
Band member Este Haim responded from her personal account saying she hadn't "stopped smiling" since she saw the video.
The skit from the show's season finale was cut for time, but SNL released the segment to the general public anyway.
During the track, Bryant admits she's upset a girl she's met "a thousand times" re-introduces herself, while Fey and McKinnon join her in trash talking the rude woman.
They take jabs at her age and even criticise her Instagram.
"I’m gonna lift you up by tearing her down. I’m gonna dissect all her Instagrams I found," they sing.
After the first verse, Bryant is relieved: "Insulting her made me feel so much better."
Then Fey takes over and vents about a bad ex named Trent who the "band" calls "a true freak who is obsessed" with her.
But the group quickly changes their opinion telling Fey's character that "if you get back together, we're back on board" because of their friendship.
Minaj then begins hurling insults of her own, even cutting off McKinnon before she complains about her awful coworker.
"Girl, I don't even need to know who it is," says the Trinidadian rapper before dragging her.
During the episode, Minaj also performed her singles "Chun Li" and "Poke It Out."
