Sharon Osbourne, music manager, TV personality, star of The Osbournes and wife of Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy, looks set to rejoin the X Factor judging panel after securing a £1.5 million deal.

According to reports Osbourne has agreed terms to make a return to the show with ITV bosses and the decision is set to be confirmed next week.

She is thought to be replacing solo artist and N-Dubz member Tulisa Constavlos who has been an X Factor judge for the past two series.

Osbourne left the talent show in 2007 after she and fellow judge Dannii Minogue clashed.

"Sharon and TV bosses feel there is very much unfinished business following her first stint on the show — and are delighted she has agreed to return," a source told The Mirror.

"It was never about the money for Sharon. She genuinely loves the programme and considers her previous time on the panel as being a very fulfilling time in her life.

Nicole Scherzinger, 34, Gary Barlow, 42, and Louis Walsh, 61, are all expected to return to the X Factor judging panel this year.
