The social media star, who was known by her fans as the user roeurboat3, died in a freak accident in Farmington, Maine on Monday (29 March).
Hager was sitting in her car when a strong wind sent a tree falling on top of the vehicle, Farmington Police Chief Kenneth Charles said.
He added that there was “nothing she could do to avoid it”.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident, which Charles said was caused by a strong wind speed of up to 55 miles per hour.

Hager was best known for her TikTok comedy clips and had a following of more than 150,000 followers. Her videos have amassed 1.3 million likes to date.
The social media star’s girlfriend, Brittanie Lynn, paid tribute to Hager in a TikTok video that featured numerous photos of them together.
She posted the video with the caption: “Thank you for showing me what true love is. I love you forever.”
Lynn thanked her fans for their support, adding: “I lost the love of my life today. I don’t know how we’re going to live life without you. But we have the best guardian angel to get us through it.”
Hager’s final Instagram photo, posted on 4 February, showed the couple walking together in the snow.
The caption read: “I will forever be there to laugh with you, to lift you up when you are down and to love you unconditionally through all of our adventures in life together.”
