Last week, Osbourne was engaged in a row in which she defended Morgan over his comments about the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.
Morgan had said on Good Morning Britain that he did not believe Markle’s claims during an Oprah Winfrey interview that she experienced suicidal thoughts over intense press scrutiny, or that there was racism within the royal family.
Morgan left Good Morning Britain earlier this month.
During the heated debate on The Talk between Osbourne and her co-host, Sheryl Underwood, Osbourne claimed she felt like she was “about to be put in the electric chair” as she clutched a tissue and told Underwood, who is Black: “Don’t you try and cry.”
After the episode, Osbourne issued an apology for her behaviour during the debate.

Allegations then emerged that Osbourne made racist remarks about co-hosts behind the scenes at The Talk.Osbourne has vehemently denied the allegations.
Following an internal investigation, The Talk’s network CBS announced that Osbourne was leaving the show after more than a decade.
“As part of our review, we concluded that Sharon's behaviour toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace,” a statement said.
Morgan wrote on Instagram on Saturday 27 March: “What's happened to @sharonosbourne is an absolute disgrace that shames CBS.
“Bullied out of her job for defending me against an invented slur of racism because I don't believe a liar. In [the] Mail on Sunday, I'll tell MY truth about this woke cancel culture bulls***.”
Osbourne herself has yet to comment on her departure from The Talk.
