Before the Kardashians, the Osbournes were the First Family of reality TV.
After 50 years of touring, Osbourne will end his long run on the road, which would give him time to focus on a TV show once again.
In 2014, the idea of bringing back the show didn't seem like a possibility.
"Sharon would say, 'Do you want to do another season?' and I'd go along with it because they're family," Osbourne explained. "But at the end of it, I was f**king wiped out, my family was disintegrating."
He continued, "My wife was in bed for nine months battling colon cancer, my kids were all in rehab, I was f****** dying. I just wanted to get my rock 'n' roll life back."
Mostly, it sounds like he's ready to have the cameras around again.
"I'd do it again," he said of the show. "When the TV crews left I missed them being in the house."
It's quite a change for Osbourne who has said the show hurt his family's relationship; his daughter Aimee had chosen not to be a part of the series.
The Osbournes - which debuted on MTV - followed the eclectic lives of Ozzy, his wife Sharon and their children Jack and Kelly from 2002 to 2005.
The foul-mouthed family's wild antics drew in the highest ratings in MTV history.
It's unclear which family members would be involved this time around, but it would likely be as crazy as the first time it aired.
