It's being pitched as a, 'daring new dating series that starts where some good dates might end - naked.'

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.
Your support makes all the difference. In the new age of technological and social efficiency, Channel 4's looking to cut out a few major steps in the dating process: get naked first, actually learn about each other's personalities second.
They're introducing Naked Attraction, which they promise will push the boundaries of the traditional dating show with what they call (via The Mirror), "a daring new dating series that starts where some good dates might end - naked."
The show sees both a single man and a single woman each presented with six potential dates to choose from, all standing before them entirely in the nude; with the chosen couples then heading off on a date to see if those initial instincts turn out to be correct.
It's a format that is supposedly trading off the belief of some evolutionary psychologists and sexual scientists that the best indication of a successful partner is still found in the physique itself; though modern culture has added peripheral factors of attraction such a dress sense and occupation.
The show will be hosted by Anna Richardson; its first episode will feature contestant Aina, who's after someone adventurous - which you presumably would have to be to sign onto this show.
Naked Attraction premieres Monday 25 July, at 10pm on Channel 4.
