Netflix officially has a new horror series– and it looks as though it's going to cause some serious nightmares.

The French show, titled Marianne, arrives on the streaming today.

It follows a horror novelist who begins being haunted by a demon character she created.

The trailer is full of frightening imagery that many subscribers have been highlighting on social media.

It seems the search is over for those on the hunt for a new series that'll give them sleepless nights.

The series is from writer-director Samuel Bodin and stars Victoire Du Bois and Luice Boujenah.

Marianne is available to stream on Netflix now.
