Pritchard – who appeared on ITV’s hit reality series in 2019 – took part in Channel 4’s Stand Up and Deliver charity show, which sees the contestants put on live comedy performances.
During the show, which aired on 25 February, he was booed by audience members after quipping about having sex with the female contestants on Love Island.
Prior to when the programme aired, the reality star also came under fire after revealing in an interview withThe Sun that his forthcoming stand-up set would compare Love Island’s female contestants to dogs and a “second-hand car”.
Pritchard’s comments were met with a backlash on Twitter, with people decrying his jokes as “misogynistic” and “sexist”.

Speaking on the podcast that he shares with his brother AJ vs Curtis, Pritchard said: “Before we move on, I just want to quickly say I recently took part in the Stand Up to Cancer initiative with Channel 4 where I was challenged to become a stand-up comedian.
“I just want to apologise because I know that everyone that listens to this, you always support me and give me the utmost respect and thank you so much for that but I just want to apologise to anybody that I have offended.”
The 25-year-old admitted that some of his jokes were “completely off track and went too far”.
He added: “It was a great show to be part of and I was very fortunate to be able to take part but I just want to apologise and say I am sorry for the jokes.”
Pritchard recently starred in the latest series of Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion.
