Kathy Griffin has made her TV comeback portraying Kellyanne Conway on Comedy Central's The President Show.

The controversial comedian made her return on Tuesday portraying President Trump's former campaign manager as a "lady vampire" who was "drinking blood to maintain [her] youth."

In the bit, Griffin's Conway was challenged to defend "the worst people in history" - a request she easily and happily accomplished.

Griffin painted an alternative point of view on cannibal-serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer saying, ""At the end of the day, he is just a foodie. A salt-of-the-earth, a flesh-of-the-human kind of guy. And our workforce could use more Americans with that kind of appetite for life.”

She went onto describe O.J. Simpson as a "hand glove model and real lady killer" and Charles Manson as a "real family man."

When speaking of Hillary Clinton, she wouldn't speak of her saying "How dare you? I have morals."

In the segment, the Trump character introduced Griffin's Conway as "the lone survivor" of the "Bowling Green massacre" - a riff on the fake tragedy Conway discussed in 2017 interviews.

The sketch was a part of The President Show's telethon episode - "Make America Great-A-Thon," which featured fake causes like the "Trump Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research and Golf Course Development."

Griffin's return comes after she was a part of a divisive photo shoot from Tyler Shields where she held a beheaded, bloody Trump.

Following the release of the photos, she was fired from her co-hosting gig on CNN's New Year's Eve broadcast.

However Griffin is making her return on a stand-up tour during May and June.
