A new cast of 13 amateur bakers has just been unveiled, giving the public a chance to meet the contestants who will battle for the title of Star Baker every week until one champion is left.
Judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood will be reprising their functions, as will hosts Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig.
The baking competition's new series will debut on 27 August on Channel 4.
