One of the best moments of the night came as Donald Glover made two impassioned speeches following his wins for Atlanta: the FX show took home Best Comedy or Musical Series and Glover won Best Actor in a Comedy Series.
During the first speech, the actor/rapper/showrunner thanked the band Migos for making 'Bad and Boujee’ calling it “the best song ever”. After accepting his second award, Glover took a moment to thank his son for “making me believe in people again”. Watch both above
Meanwhile, numerous commentaries have expressed anger on Twitter after Moonlight only won one award at the ceremony while La La Land won seven. The full list of winners is available here.
