However closely you're watching Game of Thrones season seven, it's doubtful you're watching as closely as a Redditor who has pointed out something that's starting to freak fans out.

User GrennsGal noticed something a little odd in the scene from last week's episode - titled 'The Spoils of War' - which saw Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) engage in a friendly duel with Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie).

As Arya walks towards her protector, she tells Brienne, “You swore to serve both my mother's daughters,” and it's at this precise moment that fans believe the cloaked spectre of fallen Stark matriarch Catelyn (Michelle Fairley), who perished in season three's Red Wedding, can be seen walking past in the background.

Did you see her?

It could be that David Benioff and D.B. Weiss did intend this cloaked figure to be Stark considering she returns in George R.R. Martin's novels as an undead version of the character named Lady Stoneheart whose presence has been teased for multiple seasons now.

Furthermore, her character becomes affiliated with the storylines of Brienne and Podrick Payne (Daniel Portman) who both appear in this scene.

Other theories currently floating around the web focus on Tyrion's heritage, a betrayal within Daenerys' council and the secret group that may help Cersei Lannister win the oncoming battle for the Iron Throne.
