Since his on-screen death, Kit Harrington - as well as the rest of the cast - have fielded numerous questions on whether Snow will be returning, with fans refusing to take their answers at face value.
In a newly published part of the script, the son of Ned Stark seems very, very dead indeed.
The page, released via Entertainment Weekly, is from the final episode of season five, and the last paragraph reads: “The brothers retreat, leaving Jon to die alone on the ground bleeding out. The light goes out of his open eyes as we fade on season 5.”
So there we have it, Olly left him to die. The trailer for the upcoming season also seemingly confirms he’ll be lifeless as it shows Snow’s body being guarded by the Onion Knight.
Yet, even with Snow being dead could he be resurrected for the upcoming series? Many fans are holding out for Melisandre to bring him back/animate his body.
All will be revealed when HBO finally release the series on the 24 April.
