Your support makes all the difference.Dynamo experienced something all magicians hope never to face during a live gig at London's 02 Arena on Wednesday evening (30 March) as one of the illusionist's trademark tricks failed to go to plan.
Inviting two audience members onto the stage, Dynamo - real name Steven Frayne - proceeded to perform a trick which somehow saw him put a man named Tom's mobile phone inside a glass bottle.
However, it was the next part where the gathered crowds were given reason to feel a bit awkward; attempting to prove that it genuinely belonged to Tom, the magician asked an audience member to ring his phone. It didn't work.
"I hope you've got signal in there, mate," he said, the tension rising slowly.
The magician even asked a friend of Tom's sat in the crowd to ring the phone - and it still didn't work.
"Well, believe me, that is Tom's phone in this bottle," he said before ushering the two off the stage.
Dynamo fans expressed via social media how the trick had gone to plan the previous evening.
The popular magician, whose most famous trick saw him walk on water, will next perform at Manchester Arena from Friday (1 April).
