To mark the series, we’ve looked back on the various dance groups, dog acts, singers, magicians and more who have won the show across its 13 seasons.
Here are all of the previous winners of Britain’s Got Talent – and what they’ve been up to since…
Not all of these winners will be appearing in the new spin-off, however. Popular stars from past series – including some who won – will be returning to the stage alongside contestants from international versions of the hit show.
We do know that singers Paul Potts and George Sampson, as well as comedian Lost Voice Guy, dance troupe Collabro and dog trainer Ashleigh Butler, will all be back for The Champions.
Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions begins on Saturday 31 August at 8pm on ITV
