Britain's Got Talent 2016: Alesha Dixon compares watching some of the contestants to a 'horror film'

Your support makes all the difference.Britain’s Got Talent has always been a bit strange and this year looks set to be no different, with Alesha Dixon saying “it's like watching a horror film” when some of the contestants perform.
The former Mis-Teeq member described how those hoping to win the contest had amped up the danger levels, leading to her having to turn around and stop watching.
"There are some particularly dangerous acts this year and I find those quite difficult to watch,” she told the Daily Star. "There have been a few where I've felt a bit queasy, where I've turned around because I couldn't look at the stage.
She added: ”It makes incredible entertainment but it's like watching a horror film. It’s stuff with swords. I'll just say ... swords."
Joining Dixon on the judging panel are music mogul Simon Cowell, Little Britain star David Walliams and Amanda Holden.
Last year’s winner - Jules and Matisse - came under fire for ‘tricking viewers’ during their final performance. The dog trainer and her dog performed a set of progressively difficult tricks, including one where Matisse walked a tightrope.
However, after the pair were announced as the winner, it was revealed that a dog double was used to walk the rope, in the process making Cowell 'feel like an idiot’.
This year will be the tenth installment in Britain’s Got Talent, Dixon adding: "We've had brilliant winners over the years and I hope we can find another incredible act that can really rise to the occasion. We have reached a milestone."
