I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’s Jordan North has been accused by his fellow campmates of regularly urinating on the floor.

North, who is currently favourite to win the ITV show, sparked tension in the camp during Friday’s episode (27 November). Dancer AJ Pritchard led the charge, telling others that he suspected North was responsible for the camp’s increasingly smelly toilet.

Pritchard told the campers that he had launched an investigation into the mystery urinator.

“Yesterday, me, Shane [Richie] and Mo [Farah] waited around to see after everyone went into the toilet and checked,” Pritchard said. “It really annoyed me because every guy was saying it wasn’t them.”

Coincidentally, North, who was not aware of the conversation occurring, took it upon himself to clean the toilets, but made it clear he believed someone else was responsible for the spillages.

“Think of the worst looking, smelliest gents toilet you’ve ever walked past in your life,” North said of what he had to clean.

Presenters Ant and Dec, meanwhile, were inclined to agree with Pritchard’s theory about North.

“You wouldn’t mop the floor if it wasn’t you!” Ant McPartlin said, before Declan Donnelly added: “It wasn’t bleach in that bucket, it was guilt!”

As of Friday, North is still odds-on favourite to take home the title of I’m a Celebrity’s first ever King or Queen of the Castle. Giovanna Fletcher, however, is closing in on him, with her own odds having improved in recent days.

“Jordan’s drifting like a barge and it’s only a matter of time before camp leader Giovanna takes over as favourite,” says Ladbrokes’ Jessica O’Reilly.
