Lynda Bellingham, who has died aged 66, enjoyed a lengthy career making her one of the most memorable faces on TV.
The much-loved actress, whose career spanned over five decades, is perhaps best known for playing the mother in the Oxo cube adverts, which she starred in from 1983 to 1999.
Towards the end of her life, she served as a panelist on Loose Women. She also appeared as a contestant in the seventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2009.
Away from the TV set, she starred in the West End version of Calendar Girls in 2008, returning to the show for further tours in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Her other well-known TV appearances include roles in The Bill (2004), At Home with the Braithwaites (2000-2003), Faith in the Future (1995-1998), Second Thoughts (1991-1994) and Doctor Who (1986).

Bellingham revealed last month she planned to end her chemotherapy for bowel cancer, which she had been battling since July 2013.
She died peacefully in the hands of her husband last night.
