The would-be apprentices were tasked with designing a fitness product to sell to three retailers. Sir Alan fired business development manager Majid Nagra, whom he decided had contributed nothing since the start of the series.
"I didn't think Maj deserved to go. He didn't do much, but come on, the project leader got it all wrong.
"I was surprised the other team won because Debra was such an awful leader. I can't stand her; she couldn't let anyone else get a word in, and at the end when she said: 'I'm not really bothered whether you're successful or fail. Your failure's my success ... not to be nasty,' it made me hate her even more.
"I quite liked the idea her rivals came up with, just the basic box. I've always been told in business to keep it simple, which they did, but when Maj turned round and started saying 'Right why don't we add this and this,' it just made me laugh.
Debra's team got lucky with their idea and if it wasn't for Yasmina and Philip they wouldn't have sold many.
"I think Debra or James will be the next to go and I think Ben might win. He had the right attitude, and dragging him into the boardroom was not fair."
