What Is It?

Rambert's new season at Sadler's Wells theatre features a mixed bill set mainly to rock music in an effort, apparently, to get young people interested in dance. Artistic director Christopher Bruce's Rooster, performed to early Rolling Stones, is still going strong, while new work includes Gaps, Lapse and Relapse - Jeremy James's portrait of youth culture set to dance music. Rafael Bonachela's debut piece, Three Gone, Four Left Standing. The season also boasts Twyla Tharp's The Golden Section, featuring Matthew Hart and danced to music specially composed by David Byrne of Talking Heads.
