The Duke of York, Trustee, attends a Golf Day for the Outward Bound Trust, at Swinley Forest Golf Club. The Duke of Gloucester, Commissioner, English Heritage, attends the 1999 Annual Commissioner's Tour, Derbyshire. Princess Alexandra opens the Princess Alexandra Centre at Ninewells Hospital and Medical School, Dundee.

Changing of the Guard

The Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment mounts the Queen's Life Guard at Horse Guards, 11am; Nijmegen Company Grenadier Guards mounts the Queen's Guard, at Buckingham Palace, 11.30am, band provided by the Scots Guards.
