Your support makes all the difference.Russia is the theme for the 10th annual Southwark Festival, and a highlight is likely to be the screening of Sergei Eisenstein's Battleship Potemkin on board HMS Belfast. There will also be a performance by the Brodsky Quartet at Southwark Cathedral, a food fair at Borough market and an exhibition of British-based Russian artists at Cotton's Atrium. The event ends with a live performance of Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture, complete with pyrotechnic accompaniment, at Hay's Galleria.
