Stornoway's second album, with its warm, emotionally supportive lyrics, its pleasing metaphors drawn almost entirely from nature, its arena-filling choruses, and no titular cliché knowingly left unturned ("The Bigger Picture", "The Ones We Hurt the Most" and so on), ought to be the one that separates the Oxford quartet from the indie-folk bandwagon and kicks them a few steps up the ladder to being Mumfords-sized.
Only nowhere near as annoying.
