If anything, the Chiswick band have taken a musical step backwards from Twenty One, although Serotonin has some likeable, 1980s sheen. But there's too much bog-standard indie rock in between, with some dull piano balladry and a ponderous finale. A not unpleasant 45 minutes, but better enjoyed in three-minute snatches.
