Fans of the TV show Scrubs will know Joshua Radin already with five, count them, five of this Cleveland-born singer-songwriter's songs having fought for attention against all that hospital-based "zaniness".
Divorced from the visuals, Radin's hushed vocals and happy/sad songs come over all airbrushed Elliott Smith on the good days he rarely had. Don't hold this against Radin: he is an exceptionally likeable and accomplished singer-songwriter, and there's no law that states that good artists must come from bad homes.
