The former X Factor judge and N-Dubz singer, 25, has been accused by Vas Morgan of punching him in the face as he left the festival.
A spokeswoman for the musician said: “Tulisa strongly denies assaulting Mr Morgan; she specifically Denies punching Mr Morgan in the eye. She has placed this matter in the hands of her lawyers for immediate and appropriate action.”
Morgan claims this is the third time that Tulisa has acted in a threatening manner towards him.
In a blog post Morgan said the alleged assault took place as he was leaving V Festival.
He alleges that both Tulisa acted in a physically threatening manner towards him.
He wrote: “[Tulisa] punched me in the eye and continued hurling abusive threats”.
Tulisa, who was dropped from the X Factor in May, released her first single album, The Female Boss, last year.
She was arrested in June on suspicion of supplying class A drugs following an undercover sting by the Sun on Sunday.
