Kesha has sparked rumours that she is collaborating with Taylor Swift on a new song.

The “Tik Tok” singer posted a photo of herself wearing headphones on Instagram on Sunday, along with a mysterious, emoji-laden caption reading: “Making a f**k off song with a casual Grammy award-winning secret person. I got a good feeling about this one…”

Naturally, the internet exploded, with the picture racking up over 33,000 likes and 2,300 comments. The majority of Kesha’s followers jumped to the conclusion that she must be referring to ten-time Grammy winner Swift, while others suggested that she could mean Lady Gaga, who released her comeback single “Perfect Illusion” last Friday.

However, Swift’s friend, model Gigi Hadid, confirmed during a recent interview that the “Shake It Off” singer is “starting to go back to work in the studio”. Swift is also publicly friendly with Kesha, memorably donating $250,000 to her during her recent legal battle with Sony. Kesha was present at Swift’s Fourth of July party this summer, where she sung karaoke with her.

There has been no confirmation or hint from Swift about a possible duet, so for now let the waiting game begin and stay tuned for any further updates...
