The two pop stars shared the stage and performed a medley of their biggest hits, from Shakira's "Whenever, Wherever" and "Hips Don't Lie" to Lopez's "On the Floor" and a cover of Cardi B's "I Like It", as they were joined by Latin trap artist Bad Bunny.
Towards the close of the performance, Jennifer Lopez's daughter Emme joined the stage to sing with her mother.

Just hours before the show, Lopez shared a message of support to her fellow headliner.
“So excited to share the stage with you tonight @Shakira!” she wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of the pair embracing.
