Your support makes all the difference.Outkast delivered on their promised barrage of festival dates today, announcing that they will top the bill at Bestival this year, though Lazy Song singer Bruno Mars will play above them at Wireless Festival 2014.
The rap duo make their comeback this summer having not performed together since 2004, with 2014 marking the 20th anniversary of their debut album Southernplaylistcadillacmuzik.
Fans will no doubt flock to see Andre 3000 and Big Boi when they hit Bestival on the Isle of Wight, where the fancy dress code this year will be a tropical 'Desert Island Disco' theme.
The pair were snubbed from a headline slot at Wireless however in favour of Mars, while Kanye West and Drake will headline on the other nights.
There is a feast of rap at the Finsbury Park, London and Perry Park, Birmingham festival this year though, with Chance The Rapper, Earl Sweatshirt and A$AP Ferg due to perform on the Saturday ahead of sets from Wiz Khalifa and Drake.
Outkast have confirmed they will play more than 40 festivals this year, which includes a slot at one of the world's biggest – Coachella Festival in California – where they will headline alongside Arcade Fire and Muse.
