The four-date tour will begin at Manchester’s Ritz on 9 April before finishing off at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on 13 April.
The US singer will also perform at Glasgow’s O2 ABC and Birmingham’s Institute.
Trainor shot to fame in 2014 with her best-selling single “All About That Bass, which topped the UK singles chart and dominated the Billboard Hot 100 in the US for eight weeks in pole position.
The track topped the charts in 58 countries worldwide and its video has attracted over 513 million YouTube views.
The 21-year-old has since earned two Grammy nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
Tickets go on pre-sale at 9am for O2 customers on Wednesday 21 January and go on general sale at 9am on Friday 23 January.
