Musical acts from the upcoming soundtrack album Almost Alice will perform a free concert for fans, and special guests from the Alice in Wonderland film, in the central courtyard at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles, February 19 at 5 pm PT.

At the event, director Tim Burton will introduce members of the cast, including Mia Wasikowska who plays Alice, Anne Hathaway (White Queen), Helena Bonham Carter (Red Queen), Crispin Glover (Knave of Hearts), Matt Lucas (the Tweedles), and Michael Sheen (voice of White Rabbit).

The concert will feature artists performing short sets, including the songs from the soundtrack album are: 3OH!3 ("Follow Me Down"), Metro Station ("Where's My Angel"), Kerli ("Tea Party"), and Never Shout Never ("Sea What We Seas").

Audience members who arrive in a costume inspired by characters from "Alice in Wonderland" will be judged by costume designer for the film, Colleen Atwood and be eligible for prizes, such as a sneak peek of the film at the El Capitan. There will be prizes, including meet-and-greets and a sneak peek of film footage following aa autograph signing.

The Almost Alice collection, a 16-song compilation, also features the theme "Alice," by Avril Lavigne, plus tracks by the All American Rejects, The Cure's Robert Smith, Wolfmother, Franz Ferdinand, and more. It's available March 2. There is also a soundtrack score album by Danny Elfman.

Alice in Wonderland, directed by Tim Burton, is an imaginative twist on the original classic tale by Lewis Carroll and stars Johnny Depp in addition to the actors appearing at this event. It opens in US theaters March 5 in 3D.
