One of the hotly tipped bands to top the Pyramid Stage is Radiohead, the band having released a new record, titled A Moon Shaped Pool, earlier this year.
The band’s guitarist, Ed O’Brien, has since responded to the rumours, saying on BBC 6 Music (via NME): "I would love to. I go to Glastonbury every year, it’s my carnival.
“To be asked to play at Glastonbury again would be magic. I also think Glastonbury is like our spiritual home. It is the mother of all festivals… there’s nothing like that one… It would be great to play there."
O’Brien added that, while no 2017 tour dates are in place, discussions have been had regarding playing various venues.
