From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Eminem has been away from the limelight for some time, last releasing an album back in 2013.

Since The Marshall Mathers LP 2 reached record stores, the rapper has only appeared on only a handful of tracks, famously calling Donald Trump a “b***h” on Big Sean’s “No Favours”.

According to longtime collaborator Denaun Porter, though, Eminem has finally finished his upcoming album.

“Am I working on Eminem’s new album?” Porter asked during an Instagram live stream, according to XXL Magazine. “No, we are done. How about that?”

The producer — who has also acted as Eminem’s hype man during live shows — went on to call the record “amazeballs.”

Eminem last spoke about the album on Twitter after releasing the track “Campaign Speech”, writing: “Don’t worry I’m working on an album! Here’s something meanwhile.”

There’s no word on when to expect the album, but Eminem fans can hear the rapper alongside Pink on the single “Revenge,” her album coming 13 October.
