Chaos struck a Britney Spears concert in Las Vegas after a man invaded the stage leaving the singer visibly concerned.

The performer was in the middle of performing song “Crazy” when the man - who has now been arrested - made his way towards her entourage.

The man, who has been named as 37-year-old Jesse Webb, wrestled to the floor by Spears' dancers while security staff surrounded the performer.

Spears was performing at the Planet Hollywood venue as part of her Piece of Me tour.

As the incident occurred, Spears is heard saying: “Is everything okay? What's going on?”

Spears even seemed concerned the man had a weapon and, in the clip, can be heard asking: "Does he have a gun?"

According to TMZ, Webb was acting in a “disorderly manner” during the show and stormed the stage after being asked to leave.

Fan Jason Blackhurst recounted the moment to 9news.com.au: “It was heading towards the end of the show and she was wrapping up the last song and somebody got onto the stage and one of the security guards tackled them.

“Britney was rushed off the stage as security wrestled with the guy, when they moved him off the stage everybody started chanting ‘Britney, Britney’.”
