From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. Tiffany Haddish could reveal all about Beyoncé and Jay Z's relationship on a new docuseries due to air next week.

The 10-episode series will give “unprecedented access” inside the lives of celebrities like Haddish, Tamar Braxton, Charlamagne tha God, Le’Andria Johnson, Nia Long, Rick Ross and more.

In a promo clip for Uncensored on TV One, The Girls Trip star told a story about an actress - who remains unnamed - who apparently touched Jay Z’s chest while talking to him.

Beyoncé wasn’t too thrilled with the actress’ move though, as Haddish recounted.

"I was talking to Jay-Z for a little bit," Haddish explained. "And there was another actress that was there who was also talking to Jay-Z. [The actress] touched Jay-Z’s chest and Beyoncé came walking up like…'B--tttchhh!’ But, she didn’t say that."

Haddish alluded to Queen Bey’s body language being the key indicator that she was not happy with this actress’ hand placement.

The comedian then added that there was apparently more to the story, but she wouldn’t divulge - for now.

This isn’t the first time Haddish has spoken out about her interactions with Beyoncé.

Last month she opened up about a time when the Lemonade singer stopped her from starting a fight by taking a selfie with her.

“Okay, so what had happened was, something had went down with somebody at the party, right?" Haddish said to Vulture. “I’m not at liberty to say what had went down at the party, but Beyoncé was just telling me to have a good time, and I was like, 'No, I’m gonna end up fighting this bitch!' She was like, 'No, have fun, Tiffany,' and I said, 'I’m only going to have fun if you take a selfie with me.'”

Of course, the selfie went viral, and fans couldn’t help but fall in love with their newfound friendship.

If we never hear the end to Haddish’s story, we’ll know it’s because of her loyalty to Queen Bey, and that’s okay.
