Your support makes all the difference.Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" holds its long-standing spot as the most popular track among users of Last.fm, the internet radio station that lets users in more than 200 countries listen to music in the site's library. That track boasts 11,000 more listeners that the second, Gaga's "Poker Face," which is followed by Ke$ha's "TiK ToK" for the week ending May 9.
Lady Gaga's newest single, "Alejandro," is new to the week's top ten and becoming the singer's fifth track to hold a top spot on the Last.fm chart. The third single from 2009 album The Fame Monster, the track was released in mid-April and debuted shortly thereafter on radio stations, hitting charts in the UK, US, Australia, Hungary, Canada, and New Zealand.
Other bands to hang onto top ten spots include London group The xx with "Crystralised" and "Islands," Owl City with long-standing hit "Fireflies," and Brooklyn duo MGMT with "Kids."
